Lenovo is seeking an experienced events leader in Morrisville, NC to drive global experiential programs from strategy to execution. You will coordinate with IDG, marketing, and sales teams, managing budgets, partners, and timelines to deliver compelling brand experiences worldwide.

You will shape strategy for flagship launches and major events while leveraging AI tools and modern event tech to optimize planning, reporting, and attendee engagement. Domestic and international travel are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global events, experiential marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience leading large-scale events from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Strong budget and financial-management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex global events end-to-end from strategy, concept and audience journey through planning, production, onsite execution, and post-event evaluation.
• Translate business, marketing and communications priorities into experiential strategies that build Lenovo’s brand and support growth.
• Build and manage milestone-based workback plans including budgets, owners, approvals, and risks.
• Partner across IDG product and marketing teams, communications/PR, geographies, and sales to create cohesive experiences across audiences.
• Manage agencies, venues, tech providers, and partners with clear expectations and high standards.
• Develop and manage significant event budgets, contracts, and invoices; negotiate effectively.
