Job summary

Drug Hunter, a B2B scientific intelligence platform, seeks a life science Director of Marketing in San Francisco. You will translate scientific insights into compelling product and content marketing, drive ABM programs, and collaborate with Science and Sales to develop value propositions and messaging.

You will own VOC programs, go-to-market for new platform capabilities, and lead cross-functional launches while ensuring adoption and market impact across pharma/biotech accounts. Travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science; PhD a plus.
• 8+ years in marketing to pharma/biotech audiences in Life Science B2B.
• Exceptional writing and ability to communicate to a technical audience.
• Demonstrated case study or customer story portfolio.
• Experience building sales enablement assets for enterprise sales.
• Comfort working directly with scientists and experts.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop VOC program to extract messaging for product/content marketing.
• Create compelling platform messaging with Science and Sales for outbound content.
• Collaborate on digital channels and ABM/lifecycle programs with segmented messaging.
• Maintain and design segmented target account lists with Sales.
• Lead go-to-market for new platform capabilities; drive activations.
• Orchestrate product marketing initiatives and cross-functional launches.
• Land positioning with Marketing leadership, Science, and Sales.
• Establish post-launch activities to drive adoption and ongoing communication.
