Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a seasoned Event Technology Senior Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology solutions for enterprise events, including flagship programs, roadshows, and developer initiatives. You will lead end-to-end event tech across registrations, mobile apps, and attendee experiences, coordinating with Marcom, Creative, Marketing, and agencies.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, strong project leadership, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in event technology or related roles.
• 2+ years in a high growth enterprise tech SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of event tech platforms (registration systems, mobile apps, virtual/hybrid).
• End-to-end understanding: from registration to leads to business metrics.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments with flexible hours during events.
• Experience with RainFocus, Cvent, Swoogo, Splash Amego and Sessionboard.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of event technology solutions (registration systems, mobile apps, speaker and sponsor portals, attendee-facing tools).
• Configure and optimize event tech tools, including branding, customer-facing flows, and integrations.
• Define and manage project scopes, timelines, and technical implementation plans with cross-functional partners.
• Establish QA/testing frameworks, manage ticket triage, bug resolution, and continuous improvement of the event tech stack.
• Drive data-informed analysis of event tech performance using a test-and-learn approach.
• Develop and maintain best-practice documentation, processes, and reusable templates for microsites and registration platforms.
• Lead setup and management of integrations with third-party partners to improve scalability.
• Stay current on industry trends and recommend enhancements for attendee experience.
