Atlassian seeks a Senior Program Manager, Event Technology in Mountain View or remote. You will lead end-to-end event tech delivery, including registrations, mobile apps, and attendee tools, coordinating with Marcom, Creative, and Marketing.

You will drive QA, automate integrations, and apply a test-and-learn approach to optimize performance. The role requires 5–7+ years in event tech and SaaS, with strong stakeholder management and deep knowledge of major platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in event technology, event project management, or related roles.
• 2+ years in a high growth enterprise technology SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of event tech platforms (registration systems, mobile apps, virtual/hybrid platforms).
• End-to-end ownership from registration to leads and business metrics.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in fast-paced event delivery cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of event tech solutions across events.
• Configure and optimize event tech tools, including branding and integrations.
• Define scope, timelines and technical plans with Marcom, Creative and Marketing teams.
• Establish QA/testing frameworks; manage bug triage and resolution.
• Drive test-and-learn data analysis to improve performance.
• Create documentation and reusable templates for microsites and registration platforms.
• Manage integrations with third-party partners leveraging automation.
• Stay current on industry trends and make platform recommendations.
