EventMobi is seeking a seasoned Event Marketing leader to own and expand our trade-show strategy and owned events. You will manage budgets, messaging, and on-site execution, while coordinating with Demand Gen, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Ops to maximize pipeline impact.

This remote-first role invites candidates from Canada, with monthly travel across the US, Canada, and Europe. You will build events from workshops to our first user conference, shaping our events program and ROI.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in corporate event marketing at a B2B company.
• Managed a high volume of third-party trade shows and sponsored events.
• Planned and executed a mid-size user conference and exclusive dinner series.
• Strong Event Tech experience: registration platforms and lead capture apps.
• Familiar with IMEX, MPI, PCMA, CSAE, ASAE acronyms and industry acronyms.
• Owned event budgets and demonstrated pipeline and revenue results.
• Sharp event messaging and copywriting.
• Knowledge of HubSpot attribution and demand-gen collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own the tradeshow floor: calendar, budget, messaging, booth design, and on-site execution.
• Lead sponsored events, on-site presence, and opportunities to grow the attendee database.
• Build owned events from local dinners to the first user conference.
• Run events like a business: forecast budgets, manage vendors and contracts, and drive outcomes.
