Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, is seeking an Events Marketing professional to help build and run our field and events program across regional events, user meetups, brand activations, and our flagship client conference. You'll own hands-on execution with a mentor to help you grow.

Within 6–12 months you'll run smaller events solo and contribute to the flagship conference, traveling roughly 15% across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in field/event marketing or related in-person events, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Experience executing in-person events, from small dinners to regional gatherings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional events, user meetups, and brand activations.
• Build attendee lists, coordinate invites, and drive post-event pipeline.
• Own smaller events end-to-end (venue, vendor, run-of-show) and contribute to flagship conference.
• Track metrics like meetings booked, accounts engaged, and pipeline influenced to improve future events.
• Partner with design, content, and demand gen to bring events to life (landing pages, signage, swag, on-site experience).
• Prepare for flagship client conference with increasing responsibilities within 6–12 months.
