Job summary

Quint, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks an Event Finance Manager to partner with Accounting, Partner Management and Event Operations to budget, forecast and report on large global events. You will own event-level financials, maintain projections, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and deliver post-event profitability analyses and ad-hoc financial support.

This role will support budgeting, cash flow forecasting and revenue-sharing analyses with partners, contributing to efficient event execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years accounting/finance experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Understanding accrual accounting and its impact on balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage priorities across teams.
• Experience in sports, entertainment or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting for a portfolio of large, global sporting events.
• Convert budgets into forecasts and keep revenue and costs updated by event code.
• Provide periodic updates to senior management with revenue/cost analyses.
• Produce final event settlements and profitability reports for partners.
• Support month-end close and year-end audit with event-related GL accounts.
• Maintain an event database for budgeting and forecasting future events.
