Job summary

TKO is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning and management across its Core Events portfolio. Responsibilities include owning event-level P&L oversight, managing junior finance staff, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong controls.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience in Finance with a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, and a strong background in live events or hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting.
• Experience in live events, hospitality, sports, or entertainment businesses strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead finance partner across the Core Events portfolio.
• Own Finance sign-off of event P&Ls and review revenue, costs, and margin outcomes.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close deliverables.
