Job summary

TKO is seeking a Finance Manager to support financial planning and management accounting across its Core Events portfolio. This role involves ownership of event-level financial outcomes, managing junior finance staff, and ensuring accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally within live events or hospitality. The role offers a competitive salary between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, along with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting.
• Experience in live events, hospitality, sports, or entertainment businesses strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead finance partner across the Core Events portfolio.
• Own finance sign-off of event P&Ls, including review and validation of revenue.
• Partner closely with Controllership to ensure accuracy of accounting treatment.
