Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an ETS Training Supervisor to lead global dealer‑ and customer‑focused training strategy and governance.

You will scale high‑quality operator training, strengthen dealer networks through certification and enablement, and accelerate adoption of Caterpillar training resources and learning experiences. As the leader of a worldwide team, you will drive strategic growth, ensure consistent execution, and deliver high‑quality learning outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant industry experience (training, product support, operating, testing).
• Experience with Caterpillar products and customer applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; willing to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Lead global team of six training coordinators/instructors focused on enhanced dealer enablement and expanding customer training coordination and execution.
• Oversee strategy and execution for dealer certification programs and ongoing education initiatives.
• Partner with DLCs, dealers, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and aligned customer experience.
• Own governance for training delivery across regions and DLCs, ensuring alignment with Caterpillar standards.
