Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a heavy equipment industry (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in course delivery.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, communications, business, or similar).
• Proof of current valid driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructional programs to enhance employee productivity and safety.
• Create and deliver training curricula to meet client needs.
• Deliver lectures following lesson plans to meet course objectives.
• Maintain documentation for each course within 2 work days of completion.
• Maintain training facility and training aids.
