Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an ETS Training Supervisor to lead global dealer- and customer-focused training strategy, with governance, certification, and enablement across regions.

You will scale operator training, grow the dealer network, and accelerate customer adoption of Caterpillar training resources and learning experiences. The role requires building a worldwide team, partnering with DLCs and stakeholders, and delivering high-quality learning outcomes that align to enterprise standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant industry experience (training, product support, operating, testing).
• Experience with Caterpillar products and customer applications across industries.
• Experience with Cat technology products and dealer networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead global training strategy, governance and capability growth.
• Manage a worldwide team of training coordinators/instructors.
• Oversee dealer certification programs and education initiatives.
• Ensure training delivery meets Caterpillar standards and drives customer impact.
• Partner with DLCs, dealers, and cross‑functional teams to align experience.
