Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking an ETS Training Supervisor to lead a global operator training strategy, governance, and capability growth for dealers and customers. You will scale high‑quality training, certify dealers, and enable customer adoption of Caterpillar resources and learning experiences.

As a global leader, you will manage a worldwide team, partner with DLCs and cross‑functional teams, and drive consistent execution and impactful customer outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant industry experience in training, product support, or operations.
• Experience with Caterpillar products and customer applications across industries.
• Experience with Cat technology products.
• Deep knowledge of the Cat dealer network and training programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage travel logistics and expense reporting.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and billing systems.
• Experience working in or with a DLC.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
• Heavy equipment operating experience.
• Previous leadership experience a plus.
• Previous experience with Caterpillar operator training programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of six training coordinators/instructors focused on enhanced dealer enablement and customer training coordination.
• Identify growth opportunities across regions and dealer networks; develop regionalized plans.
• Build partnerships with dealers, internal business partners, and external customers to grow training demand.
• Recruit, develop, train, and performance‑manage a team responsible for training coordination and revenue growth.
• Foster collaboration across DLCs, dealer organizations, and cross‑functional partners.
• Oversee strategy and execution for dealer certification programs and education initiatives.
• Establish governance for training delivery across regions and DLCs.
• Partner with curriculum and content teams to align training materials with customer needs.
• Provide field-driven insights for future content development and continuous improvement.
