Job summary

Leonid Group Ltd. in Charlotte, NC seeks a Sr. Director, Global Ethics & Compliance to lead the company’s ethics and compliance program across NAM and LATAM regions.

The role reports to the VP, GC & Corporate Secretary and partners with Legal, HR, Finance, Internal Audit, Operations, and Commercial leadership to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Responsibilities include risk assessments, policy governance, investigations, training, and regulatory monitoring to ensure lawful and ethical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in ethics, compliance, legal, audit, investigations, or risk management.
• Experience leading multinational compliance programs with senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of anti-corruption, investigations, governance and risk management.
• Professional certifications such as CCEP, CCEP-I, CIA, CRCM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global ethics and compliance program for NAM and LATAM, with oversight of regional affiliates.
• Advise executive leadership on ethics, regulatory matters and internal controls.
• Promote culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical decision making across the business.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed compliance in operations and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee investigations, hotline programs, and non-retaliation policy enforcement.
• Report program updates and metrics to senior leadership and Board as required.
