Job summary

ElevenLabs, a fast-growing AI research and product company, is seeking a Global Compliance Manager to build and scale its program as the company expands globally. Reporting to the Legal Department, the role focuses on ethics, integrity, conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, trade and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Legal, People, Finance, GTM and Security to embed compliance into day-to-day operations, while developing policies, training and practical controls for cross-border

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, or risk management.
• Experience supporting global compliance programs.
• Familiarity with anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls, and conflicts of interest.
• Experience developing policies, procedures, or training.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
