Job summary

UGI Corporation, a NYSE-listed energy company, seeks a Director, Ethics & Compliance to design, implement, and strengthen the global ethics and compliance program across the enterprise. Reporting to the Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, this high-visibility role guides policy governance, risk assessments, and enterprise-wide training.

The ideal candidate has 12–15+ years in ethics/compliance, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, and deep knowledge of FCPA, sanctions, GDPR, and

Qualifications

• Senior-level ethics and compliance leadership experience.
• Experience with global investigations, multi-jurisdictional policy governance, and sanctions/anti-corruption programs.
• Familiarity with DOJ Corporate Compliance Guidance, FCPA, OFAC, GDPR and EU directives.

Responsibilities

• Own global compliance program framework, risk assessment and policy governance.
• Lead sanctions/trade compliance and interface with European trading operations.
• Drive enterprise-wide compliance training and foster a speak-up culture.
• Provide guidance on investigations from intake to resolution.
• Partner with legal, HR, Internal Audit, Risk and Board committees on strategy and reporting.
