Job summary

Excelerate Energy, Inc. is seeking a Global Ethics and Compliance Manager to support its worldwide compliance program across all functions and geographies. The role focuses on third-party risk management, anti-corruption, sanctions compliance, training, policy governance, and investigations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the U.S. FCPA, UK Bribery Act, conflicts of interest, privacy, KYC, and corporate compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as law, business administration, international relations, or related discipline; a juris doctor degree is also acceptable.
• Five or more years of experience in ethics and compliance, anti-corruption, sanctions, investigations, third-party risk management, audit, or related function.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the global ethics and compliance program.
• Monitor compliance risks and program effectiveness across the organization.
• Design, implement, and maintain compliance controls, monitoring activities, dashboards, and reporting.
• Perform due diligence and communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage KYC documentation and continuous monitoring of third parties and vessels.
• Review business processes for compliance risks and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with compliance risk assessments and remediation planning.
• Support privacy-related activities and privacy policy implementations.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
• Prepare recurring compliance updates and metrics for management and board reporting.
