Job summary

AECOM in Dallas, TX is hiring a Benefits Program Manager - Retirement Plans to join our Global Benefits & Well-being team. The role supports the ongoing administration of retirement benefits, ESPP, and related programs with hybrid work options in Dallas or Los Angeles.

The successful candidate will oversee plan design, governance, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with Legal, Finance, Tax, Payroll and Equity teams to align operations with financial reporting and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Significant ESPP experience and knowledge of Section 423 ESPP and related regulations.
• Experience managing global ESPP programs for publicly traded stock plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ESPP subject matter expert, owning plan administration and participant experience.
• Oversee ESPP operations including enrollment, payroll deductions, and data maintenance.
• Maintain ESPP records, manage vendors, and ensure data exchanges and reconciliations.
• Support communications and educate employees on plan design and value.
• Ensure compliance with IRC 423, global tax regulations, securities laws, and ERISA requirements.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Compensation, and Equity teams for alignment.
