Job summary

Jonas Software is seeking an ESG Coordinator for the Vesta Software Group (UK) to support development and delivery of the global ESG strategy. You will work with portfolio leaders and ESG champions to track progress, collect data, and drive continuous improvement across business units.

The role involves coordinating ESG projects, maintaining reporting dashboards, and supporting ESG communications and training globally. 37.5 weekly hours; 1 opening; regular employment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse information and present findings clearly and accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the rollout of the ESG strategy across all business units.
• Collaborate with leaders to embed ESG objectives in plans and quarterly ESG Scorecards.
• Coordinate ESG projects with milestones, deadlines and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and assist data collection and metrics for ESG reporting.
• Identify gaps and escalate material risks; resolve with stakeholders.
• Maintain ESG project plans, logs, and dashboards; support ESG reporting.
• Provide training on ESG to new leaders and ESG champions as needed.
