You will lead one of the companys most strategic initiatives, converting strategy into a disciplined program, aligning executives, business stakeholders, IT, and partners across North America and beyond.

Qualifications
- 10+ years leading enterprise technology programs
- Multiple successful ERP implementations
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide ERP execution—not strategy alone
- Industrial manufacturing experience
- Global ERP deployment experience
- Experience managing enterprise PMOs
- Experience managing large systems integrators
- Executive steering committee leadership
- Enterprise organizational change management
Responsibilities
- Be a Safety Champion and promote safety in program delivery
- Lead Enterprise Program Execution and translate strategy into an executable program
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment with executives, IT, Finance, Ops, and partners
- Manage Complex Dependencies across dependencies, risks, and resources
- Lead Change Management and stakeholder engagement
- Drive Enterprise Standardization with cloud-first, configure-not-customize approach
- Manage Vendor Relationships with implementation partners and vendors
