Job summary

Lapmaster Wolters is seeking an ERP Project Manager to drive the global ERP transformation across the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany. You will report to the ERP Program Lead and coordinate with business leaders, IT, and partners to ensure alignment, readiness, and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience, including ERP implementations.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects across geographies.
• Strong planning, governance, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Experience coordinating testing, data migration, training, and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and execution of the ERP transformation program across US, UK and Germany.
• Drive governance, risk, issue resolution, and executive reporting with clear milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate meetings, action logs, and RAID management; maintain program documentation.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, HR, and other functions to align execution and adoption.
• Oversee change management, readiness, training, and communications to enable adoption.
