Job summary

Lapmaster Wolters is seeking a hands-on ERP Project Manager to lead the global ERP transformation across the U.S., U.K., and Germany. You will drive day-to-day program execution, governance, and readiness while collaborating with executives, IT teams, and external partners.

You will coordinate data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities, ensuring readiness and smooth handoffs to operations. Strong leadership without direct authority is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience, including ERP or large-scale enterprise system implementations.
• Experience coordinating testing, data migration, training, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Proven ability to drive accountability, resolve issues, and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of the ERP transformation program across all workstreams.
• Drive governance activities: status, risk, issue, decisions, executive updates.
• Coordinate program meetings, logs, and RAID management processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment and coordinated execution.
• Coordinate change management and readiness activities for successful adoption.
