Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience supporting ERP/enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Sage 300 strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and writing SQL queries.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, Sage Intelligence, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Must be able to work 100% in person at Columbus, OH office; no remote/hybrid.
• Relocation not provided; pre-employment drug screening required; confidentiality agreement may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support Sage 300 ERP environment and related applications.
• Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports, Sage Intelligence, Power BI, SQL.
• Manage data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and migration planning.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and implementation partners.
• Document configurations, integrations, and business processes.
• Ensure ERP security, user access, and system controls.
• Assist with ERP migrations and future readiness activities.
