Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, business, or related field.
• 8+ years supporting enterprise ERP systems in global or multi-site env.
• Strong experience with Finance and Operations processes.
• Experience with ERP platforms: Oracle, JDE, SAP, MS Dynamics, Infor, Pronto Xi.
• Hands-on ERP configuration, customization, development, reporting, or integrations.
• Experience documenting user guides and delivering training.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Platform, UiPath, SuccessFactors.
• Spanish language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical ERP support across North and South America.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT/venders to deliver standardized solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance ERP functionality to improve processes.
• Develop specs and coordinate development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Create user documentation and deliver end-user training.
• Lead or participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Work with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot and prevent production issues.
• Ensure changes follow governance, security, and change management.
