Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Applications to lead strategic administration, implementation, optimization, and support of the Global Shop ERP across multiple manufacturing businesses. You will serve as the primary SME, partnering with leaders, end users, vendors, and consultants to ensure the ERP supports objectives and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7–10 years of experience supporting enterprise ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Global Shop ERP experience required.
• Demonstrated experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from planning through post-go-live support.
• Experience managing software vendors and implementation partners.
• Advanced functional and technical knowledge of the Global Shop ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Shop ERP as primary SME across multiple sites.
• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations including planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, user acceptance, training, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and manage implementation project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and communications.
• Configure and maintain Global Shop modules to support manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, production scheduling, engineering, and other functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP issues, integrations, and data inconsistencies.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize PSQL queries, reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Collaborate with internal IT and third-party vendors to support ERP integrations.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and testing with vendors and partners.
• Mentor ERP support personnel and establish support standards.
• Travel to manufacturing locations as required (10-20%).
