You’ll oversee lifecycle, security, and modernization efforts, balancing standardization with required differentiation, while delivering measurable business outcomes across RUN, BUILD, and INNOVATION.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 15+ years in SAP ERP and enterprise applications with leadership of large environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations in Aerospace & Defense or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, DFARS, CMMC and related security/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Define SAP-centric ERP platform vision, strategy, and long‑term roadmap.
• Oversee SAP lifecycle, releases, upgrades, cloud/hybrid hosting, and governance.
• Lead multi‑year SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA migrations, consolidations).
• Partner with process owners to align requirements and backlogs with business priorities.
• Manage KPIs, cost optimization, and measure value realization.
