Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Financial Systems Implementation Lead to drive enterprise ERP deployments across planning, configuration, integration, testing, and data readiness. The role partners with Finance, Digital Technology, and vendors to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and robust business readiness.

You will lead multi-region programs, standardize processes, and enable sustainable adoption of new finance platforms, controls, and reporting capabilities in a global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years leading enterprise system implementations (ERP/financial systems).
• 10+ years with implementation methodologies, SDLC, governance.
• Led at least 3 cross-functional projects with vendors and IT.
• 10+ years of knowledge in finance processes, financial controls, data flows.
• 7+ years of stakeholder management in a matrixed environment.
• Preferred: SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance (CFIN), SAP Group Reporting, SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial systems implementation workstreams from planning through deployment, stabilization, and hypercare.
• Define scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria with Finance, Digital Technology, vendors, and partners.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Drive testing strategies, defect management, and deployment readiness.
