• Experience leading enterprise system implementations (ERP/financial systems) across planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Demonstrated experience owning multiple implementation workstreams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, internal controls, and data flows.

Aufgaben

• Lead financial systems implementation workstreams from planning through deployment, stabilization, and hypercare.
• Partner with Finance, Digital Technology, vendors, and partners to define scope, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, risks, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Drive testing strategies including integration, UAT, regression, and deployment readiness.
