Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Financial Systems Implementation Lead to drive enterprise ERP deployments across planning, design, configuration, testing, data readiness, and adoption. You’ll partner with Finance, Digital Technology, vendors, and partners in a global, matrixed environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep implementation experience, strong finance knowledge, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable solutions while managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and finance/IT process knowledge.
• 7+ years leading enterprise system implementations (ERP/financial).
• 10+ years in SDLC, governance, and structured delivery.
• Experience with multi-project, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership in matrixed environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial systems implementation workstreams from planning through deployment, stabilization, and hypercare.
• Define scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage plans, timelines, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Drive testing strategies including SIT, UAT, and deployment validation.
