Partner with Finance, Digital Technology, vendors, and partners to define scope and success criteria.
Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, risks, and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional execution and communicate status to leadership.
Drive testing strategies and ensure production readiness and stabilisation.
