Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Senior Director, Delivery Excellence to lead the global ERP Center of Excellence (SAP).

You will define delivery governance, staffing, execution, testing, releases, and measurement across functional and technical teams to ensure predictable, high-quality ERP programs. This role owns end-to-end delivery from intake to deployment, drives continuous improvement, manages capacity and risk, and reports on key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 12+ years in enterprise technology/ERP delivery with senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading SAP/ERP delivery across global teams and programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA delivery lifecycles and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve ERP delivery governance, roles, controls, and standards.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from intake through deployment and improvement.
• Partner with architecture and design authorities to ensure solution integrity and Clean Core.
