Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Senior Director, Delivery Excellence to lead the global ERP CoE focused on SAP.

You will define end-to-end delivery governance, staffing, execution, testing, releases, and measurement across functional, technical, and partner teams to achieve predictable delivery and transparent capacity utilization. As a senior leader, you will build and lead a global Delivery Excellence organization, drive end-to-end execution from intake to deployment, and continuously improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of progressive enterprise technology experience including senior leadership.
• Master's degree is preferred with 10+ years in ERP delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve ERP delivery governance, roles, controls, and standards.
• Lead a global Delivery Excellence organization from intake through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Own release calendars, environment coordination, deployment readiness, and lifecycle planning.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and the Design Authority to reinforce standards and cross-functional integrity.
• Hold delivery partners accountable for quality, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
