Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Significant experience in ERP functional configuration, business systems, or supply chain operations in manufacturing.
- Understanding of ERP configuration across MM, PP, and related SCM modules in a multi-site environment.
- Ability to translate operational requirements into functional ERP specifications and hold technical teams accountable.
- Strong influencing and facilitation skills across process owners, teams, and site leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Travel approximately 15% internationally.
- Experience governing an ERP functional template or global configuration standard with change control.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the global ERP functional template and configuration standard across Gas Power manufacturing and supply chain sites.
- Develop and enforce review and change-management processes for ERP configuration changes.
- Exercise formal approval authority over changes affecting the global template.
- Translate Global Process Digital Authority standards into ERP configuration requirements.
- Maintain a configuration change log and impact assessment register.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ERP technical teams.
- Own and prioritize the ERP development backlog.
- Validate proposed solutions against functional expectations.
- Coordinate configuration and regression testing with Digital Technology teams.
- Coordinate deployment sequencing and site readiness for configuration changes.
- Monitor configuration consistency across sites and drive corrective actions.
