Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Project Management and/or Program Management.
• Experience with an ERP deployment and/or business transformation.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related leadership role.
• Proven track record to lead complex initiatives in highly matrixed organizations, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams through strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on execution and results delivery.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated environments (e.g., cGMP, SDLC).
• Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Dutch, or German are helpful

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment execution across global ERP releases and develop integrated deployment plans, KPIs, deliverables, and readiness activities.
• Monitor deployment progress, identify risks and issues, and drive resolution to ensure successful delivery against program objectives and timelines.
• Support deployment governance, stage-gate reviews, and release readiness assessments while adhering to Transcend methodologies and SOPs.
• Coordinate status reporting, executive communications, and leadership updates, maintaining transparency of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Partner with business, technology, testing, compliance, change management, training, cutover, and hypercare teams to ensure coordinated deployment execution.
• Influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across highly matrixed global teams to drive alignment and achieve deployment objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate deployment risks and cross-functional dependencies, raising critical issues and driving timely resolution.
• Maintain executive-ready reporting and deployment health metrics to support informed decision-making and governance.
• Promote standardization, simplification, and adoption of deployment best practices across releases and workstreams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance deployment efficiency, scalability, operational excellence, and future release success.
