Job summary

Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Equity Plan Administrator to manage Skillsoft’s global equity programs, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options and other awards, from grant setup through vesting and termination processing. You will maintain data in Equity Edge Online, monitor Workday integrations, and coordinate tax withholding, payroll reporting and post-event reconciliations.

The role also supports Forms 3/4, EDGAR Next, and Section 16 filings, with cross-functional collaboration across Legal,

Qualifications

8+ years of stock plan administration experience, preferably for global equity plans at a U.S. public company.
Hands-on with Equity Edge Online; exposure to Workday, EDGAR Next, Section 16 filing software and transfer-agent processes.
Advanced Excel and data reconciliation skills with high accuracy.
Knowledge of equity compensation, payroll and tax coordination; SOX control requirements.
Excellent judgment, discretion, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Administer Skillsoft’s equity plans and awards, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options and other awards, from grant setup through vesting and termination processing.
Maintain participant, award, tax, share-pool data in Equity Edge Online and related systems; monitor Workday integrations.
Coordinate vesting, tax withholding, payroll reporting, and post-event reconciliations.
Prepare and coordinate public-company equity reporting and related forms and proxy calculations.
Execute equity-related SOX controls and provide audit support and reconciliations.
Partner with Legal and HR on approvals, insider-trading administration, and communications.
Coordinate international equity reporting with local payroll teams and external advisors.
