Job summary

Anthropic seeks an experienced leader to oversee global equity administration and payroll operations. You will guide senior leaders, scale programs for listing readiness, and partner with Legal, Tax, HR, and Accounting to support responsible AI growth.

You will drive cross-border compliance, system architecture for compensation platforms, and automation initiatives while building scalable teams to support rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in equity compensation and/or payroll operations with leadership exposure.
• Experience running equity and payroll functions to a public-company standard.
• Proficiency with equity management platforms and Workday payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead equity administration and payroll teams, setting strategy and cadence.
• Own control environment for equity and payroll to public-company standards.
• Oversee cross-border payroll and equity programs as the company scales.
• Drive system architecture for compensation platforms and integrations.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, HR, and Accounting on close, reporting, and audits.
• Manage international expansion and mobility programs for both functions.
• Champion automation and scalable processes across teams.
• Build headcount plans aligned with business growth.
