Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director-level leader for ISG Equity Operations within Prime Brokerage Client Operations. The role demands hands-on experience, deep product knowledge, and a strong risk mindset to deliver best-in-class client service.

The successful candidate will coordinate with global stakeholders to oversee complex operational processes across markets, while driving improvements and maintaining strict controls and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience across end-to-end trade lifecycle from execution to settlement.
• Background in Client Operations, break and fails management.
• Ability to design and implement procedures and controls.
• Deep risk awareness balanced with client needs.
• Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and oversee complex operational processes across the full trade lifecycle.
• Serve as SME for Prime Brokerage Client Operations in Equity and Fixed Income.
• Investigate and resolve complex client and market breaks with root-cause analysis.
• Identify operational risk and escalate with data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with global stakeholders across Operations, Tech, and Risk & Control.
• Support global projects and change initiatives with disciplined execution.
• Provide clear reporting and insights to senior management.
• Ensure procedures are accurate and consistently followed.
