Job summary

Morgan Stanley seeks a Director in ISG Equity Operations within Prime Brokerage Client Operations to lead complex trade lifecycle processing, from execution through settlement, with a strong risk mindset and client‑first service ethos.

You will partner with global Operations, Technology and Risk to implement controls, deliver timely reporting to senior management, and drive cross‑border projects that elevate accuracy, speed and reliability of post‑execution activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in Prime Brokerage Client Operations or similar institutional ops.
• Director level experience or equivalent with handling complex processes.
• Strong risk awareness and control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee complex operational processes across the full trade lifecycle, from execution through settlement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Prime Brokerage Client Operations, supporting Equity and Fixed Income products.
• Investigate and resolve complex client and market breaks with root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Partner with global stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk & Control.
• Provide clear, timely reporting and insights to senior management.
• Ensure procedures are accurate, current, and adhered to within SLAs.
