Qualifications

• Knowledge of the full Trade flow from Execution to settlement for the market and the client.
• Experience preparing team procedures and assessing/implementing team controls.
• Ability to establish clear goals and priorities with minimal guidance.
• Subject matter expertise in supported business area and client requirements.
• Strong cultural alignment with Operations and firm values.
• Typically 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven track record of successful project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes and support project efforts leveraging market knowledge.
• Identify day-to-day risks and contribute to process improvements.
• Build relationships with team and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in projects and help formulate solutions with timely execution.
• Liaise with Global stakeholders and various operational groups.
• Plan, organize, and test initiatives and projects.
• Provide reporting and information to management and stakeholders.
• Manage client-related functions such as trade amendments and queries within timescales.
• Ensure procedures are accurate and adhered to.
• Drive process efficiency through root-cause analysis.
• Escalate risks to management in a timely manner.
