Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, psychology, sociology, human resources, business administration, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience designing, leading, implementing, managing, or supporting DEIB initiatives.
• Experience managing complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Experience tracking and using quantitative and qualitative data to assess DEIB program progress and outcomes.
• Experience working in global equity programming with sensitivity to cultural, regional, and organizational differences.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and execute approved Equity Office initiatives, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Translate direction related to Equity Equals Excellence into clear work plans and deliverables.
• Coordinate and manage internal Equity Office workflows across regions.
• Ensure deliverables are complete and reviewed before Director approval.
• Lead measurement and documentation of Equity Office programs and outcomes.
• Oversee DEIB implementation for USP Equity Equals Excellence programs with global context.
