Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Global Equity Administrator to join the Total Rewards team. This role may be based in Seattle/Tacoma or remotely within the United States and reports to the Director, Global Compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct experience in equity administration or related discipline.
• Experience administering stock options, RSUs, and other equity awards.
• Experience with equity administration platforms such as E*trade, Fidelity, Shareworks, or similar systems.
• Strong experience with data management, reconciliations, reporting, and advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, data validation).
• Ability to manage complex, high-volume processes with accuracy and strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Infoblox’s global equity programs across the full award lifecycle.
• Process grants for new hires, promotions, refreshes, and other events.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of the equity management platform.
• Reconcile equity activity across systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate grant approvals and maintain records and agreements.
• Provide participant support and education on plan provisions and processes.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc equity reports and data files for audits and governance.
• Support SOX controls and public-company reporting requirements.
• Maintain SOPs, process maps, and training materials; seek automation opportunities.
