Job summary

McClement is seeking an Equipment Manager - Global to lead strategic category management for restaurant equipment and related categories within Global Supply Chain. You will drive day-to-day workplans, partner with suppliers and procurement partners, and translate strategy into measurable actions across Global, Home Office, Field, and operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 5-8 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, including supplier negotiation and evaluation.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and category strategies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of third-party procurement organization for operational and miscellaneous categories.
• Develop and execute category strategies focused on cost efficiency and value.
• Lead supplier meetings, quarterly business reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with McDonald's and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations on equipment and category changes.
• Ensure timely pricing reporting and provide projections to Finance as needed.
• Build relationships with Global, Home Office, Field, and partner teams to deliver results.
