Job summary
Divergent is seeking a Lead Global Supply Manager - Capital Projects & Equipment to drive supplier strategy for capital equipment and indirect categories. You will own end-to-end sourcing, from market analysis to contract execution, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Legal to support rapid growth and facility expansion.
You will lead strategic category management, negotiate complex contracts, and build resilient supply chains while mitigating risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
- 7+ years in strategic sourcing or supply chain in complex hardware industries.
- Experience sourcing capital equipment and strategic supplier partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for capital equipment and indirect procurement.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including market analysis, RFx, and negotiations.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, and Program Management on supplier strategy.
