Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc in Jersey Shore, PA is seeking a Global Equipment Engineering SME to support production equipment lifecycle, focusing on controls, network connectivity, and data acquisition across global facilities.

You will collaborate with process engineering, quality, and IT teams to standardize equipment, drive GMP validations, and manage projects from URS to PQ, with a hybrid onsite requirement of at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in electrical & controls systems and networking.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and controls equipment SME team globally.
• Standardize production equipment documentation.
• Coordinate data acquisition and network connectivity.
• Work with MES/SAP integration with equipment.
• Support GMP validations and equipment evaluations.
• Manage equipment projects from URS to PQ.
