Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services seeks a Global Process Engineer within its West Global Process Engineering Team. You will implement new technologies, drive process improvements, and lead validation and lifecycle management across multiple sites, collaborating with engineering and QA to advance capital investments.

You will apply Lean Sigma, cGMP, and PLC experience to reduce variation, optimize processes, and enable robust production in global plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing setting (Sr Assoc).
• Experience with project management preferred.
• Knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with cGMP and QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined process areas and related projects.
• Drive improvements of existing processes globally for quality, service, HSE and cost.
• Support automation and new technologies with engineering and QA teams.
• Coordinate cross-site transfer projects and harmonize best practices.
• Prepare and approve project time schedules and budgets.
