Job summary

HARMAN US is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to own the enterprise EPR program across business units and regions. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Product Counsel, Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure complete, timely, and audit-ready submissions.

You will monitor evolving regulations, build standardized templates, and drive data accuracy, calendar management, and escalation of risks to keep our global EPR obligations compliant.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience managing regulatory compliance, product stewardship, EPR, sustainability compliance, or related programs.
  • Knowledge of EPR, product stewardship, packaging, battery, or related regulations.
  • Strong program and project management skills including calendars, deadlines, trackers, and data requests.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical processes for cross-functional teams.
  • Experience coordinating with Product Counsel, Finance, Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Management, Manufacturing and BU stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage HARMAN's enterprise EPR compliance program across regions and BUs.
  • Serve as the single enterprise point of contact for all EPR matters.
  • Develop governance, reporting templates, roles, responsibilities, and processes.
  • Lead BU EPR Owner network, tracking deliverables and resolving issues.
  • Maintain enterprise reporting calendar, deadlines, and audits across jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with regulators, PROs, stewardship organizations, and reporting providers.
  • Ensure audit-ready records and timely filings.
