Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global EPR Compliance to lead our global EPR and product stewardship program.

You will own the operating model for packaging, paper, plastics and textile EPR obligations across markets, coordinating data collection, and managing PRO relationships. In this high-impact role, you will build governance, templates, and processes with Sustainability, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain and regional teams, driving compliance, cost optimization and circular

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 7+ years in regulatory compliance, product stewardship, sustainability reporting or related fields.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence across functions, geographies and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global EPR compliance process across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate data collection from ERP systems and business owners; identify data gaps.
• Lead PRO registrations, reporting, and ongoing engagement with authorities.
• Develop standardized data definitions, templates and quality checks for EPR data.
• Lead governance meetings, risk reviews and escalation of compliance issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sustainability, Legal, Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, IT and regional teams to drive EPR readiness.
• Identify opportunities to reduce EPR exposure via packaging optimization and circular design.
