rePurpose Global is seeking a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager to guide packaging regulatory intelligence. You will translate dense rules into actionable platform guidance, support product and engineering, and engage in policy forums to shape industry directions.

Ideal candidates have deep EPR knowledge, strong written and verbal communication, and a track record of building structured regulatory approaches in a fast-paced environment. Remote-friendly with global teams.

Qualifications

• Background in EPR, packaging policy, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience reading primary statutes and program rules.
• Excellent writing for non-expert audiences and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EPR programs and distill changes into guidance for teams.
• Represent the company in policy consultations and industry groups.
• Translate regulatory research into platform interpretations for product teams.
• Answer complex regulatory questions from customers and prospects.
• Create regulatory briefs and education materials.
