rePurpose Global is seeking a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager to navigate the growing web of EPR and packaging regulations across global and North American jurisdictions. You will translate regulatory text into actionable guidance for producers, customers, and internal teams, and represent the company in policy forums and coalitions.

In this remote-friendly, hybrid role, you will research complex programs, shape how we interpret requirements, and produce regulatory intelligence

Qualifications

• Background in EPR, packaging/environmental policy, sustainability, or regulatory affairs.
• Deep EPR / packaging-policy expertise with governance, financing, PRO structures, enforcement.
• Regulatory fluency to read and interpret primary statutory text across jurisdictions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for non-expert audiences.
• Builder's instinct to create programs and structures in new areas.
• Product and systems mindset to translate research into repeatable approaches.
• Customer- and stakeholder-facing polish for varied audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and pace in a fast-moving regulatory environment.
• Self-direction with remote, cross-functional ownership.

Responsibilities

• Research complex regulation and turn it into intelligence.
• Engage where rules are being shaped in policy forums and coalitions.
• Shape how we interpret and operationalize regulatory requirements with product/engineering.
• Be a trusted point of contact for complex regulatory questions.
• Produce written regulatory intelligence and education for teams and customers.
