rePurpose Global is seeking a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager to navigate evolving EPR and packaging regulations globally. You will translate dense regulatory text into clear, actionable guidance for customers, prospects, and cross-functional teams.

The role involves engaging with policy forums, industry coalitions, and regulators, shaping platform-level interpretations, and delivering education materials that keep us ahead of regulatory change.

Qualifikationen

• Experience reading and interpreting primary statutory and program text across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to translate complex rules into actionable guidance for teams and customers.
• Experience engaging regulators, PROs, and industry coalitions.
• Strong writing for a non-expert audience and clear communication skills.
• Comfort working remotely in a cross-functional environment.

Aufgaben

• Research and translate complex regulation into actionable intelligence for internal teams and customers.
• Represent the company in policy consultations, coalitions, and working groups.
• Shape interpretation of regulatory requirements and align with product/engineering on platform thinking.
• Field difficult regulatory questions from customers and prospects with clear guidance.
• Produce regulatory intelligence briefs and explainers for education and policy discussions.
